CBOR Inspector

CBOR (Concise Binary Object Representation, RFC 8949) is a compact binary data format. Used in WebAuthn/FIDO2 attestation objects, COSE keys, IPFS DAG-CBOR, IoT/CoAP protocols, and the AT Protocol (Bluesky). Decode hex-encoded CBOR into diagnostic notation. Encode converts JSON to CBOR hex.
